Verinomi Panel: Receipts, Payments and Account Statement

Print

The payment documents created for your services and domains are called receipts in the client area. Your official e-invoice is issued separately for each receipt. This article explains how to view receipts, pay by card or bank transfer, pay several receipts at once, add credit and use the account statement.

Receipts

The boxes at the top of the Accounting > Receipts page group your receipts: Total receipts, Unpaid (with the total amount), Paid, E-invoices issued and Cancelled / refunded. Click a box to filter the list to that group. Unpaid receipts are listed at the top. So that the page opens quickly, it shows the receipts from the last 12 months and all unpaid receipts; you can see them all with Show all.

Receipts page

Each row shows the receipt number, date, due date, total, status and e-invoice details. When you hover over the amount (or tap the ⓘ button on a phone), the items on the receipt appear. Unpaid receipts have a Pay button on their row.

Receipts marked "Closed · nothing due" are receipts whose items were paid on another receipt; you do not need to pay them.

Receipt page

  • The Print and Download (PDF) buttons are at the top of the page.
  • The Payment method can be changed before the receipt is paid.
  • E-invoice: once the official e-invoice for your receipt has been issued, it appears here. While it is being prepared, the page says "Your official e-invoice is being prepared"; once it is ready, you can open it with the View e-invoice PDF button. Its number also appears in the e-invoice column of the receipts list.
  • Apply Credit: if you have available credit, you can enter an amount and apply it to the receipt.
  • Do not want to renew something on this receipt? For a service, the I do not want to renew button opens the cancellation request page; for a domain, there is a Turn off auto-renewal button.
  • Split this receipt: if the receipt covers several services and you only want to pay for some of them, you can move the services you tick to a separate receipt. This cannot be undone, and no payment or credit must have been applied to the receipt yet.

Paying by card

  1. On the receipt page, choose credit card as the payment method and click the Pay Now button.
  2. The payment provider's secure payment page opens. You enter your card details on this page; they never reach us.
  3. On your bank's verification screen (3D Secure), enter the password sent to you by SMS.
  4. Once the payment is approved, your receipt is automatically marked as paid and you receive an e-mail.

The instalment options for your card are shown on the payment page. For instalment payments, the interest charged by the bank is added to the receipt as a separate item.

Paying by bank transfer (EFT)

  1. You can see our bank accounts on the Bank Account Details page, or by choosing bank transfer as the payment method on the receipt. We have Turkish lira accounts at three banks; the recipient name is the same for all of them.
  2. Make the payment by bank transfer, EFT or FAST, and write your receipt number in the description.
  3. Send a payment notification from the Accounting > Bank payments page.

Payment notification

Fill in the following on the payment notification form and click Send payment notification:

Bank transfer payment notification form

  • Receipt: the receipt you paid (only your unpaid receipts are listed).
  • Sender: the name of the person or company on the transfer.
  • Transfer date and Account you sent it to.
  • Transfer receipt (optional; JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB) and Note (optional).

Your notification reaches our accounting team as a support ticket. Once your transfer is matched with the bank records, your receipt is closed and we let you know. Accounting works on weekdays; notifications sent at the weekend are handled on the first business day. If a notification for the same receipt is already under review, you cannot send a new one. You can follow the notifications you have sent and their status in the Notifications you sent section on the same page.

Paying several receipts at once

If you have several unpaid receipts, you can pay them all in one go with the Pay several at once button on the receipts page. You can leave out any receipts you do not want to pay now with Remove; the total is updated. When you choose a payment method and click Continue to payment, a single payment receipt is created for the selected receipts; once the payment is complete, they are all marked as paid. If you are paying by bank transfer, write the number of this new receipt in the description.

Credit

Credit is an amount you add to your account in advance; it is not a debt. Your available credit is shown in the top bar and on the receipts page.

  1. On the Accounting > Add credit page, enter the amount you want to add (the minimum and maximum amounts are shown on the page) or choose one of the quick amounts.
  2. Choose a payment method and click Add credit; a receipt is created. Once the receipt is paid, the credit is added to your account.

New receipts are paid automatically from your credit, as far as your credit allows. For a receipt that was created earlier, you can use the Apply Credit section on the receipt page. Credit you add is not refunded; it can only be used to pay receipts.

Account statement

The Accounting > Account statement page shows the receipts issued and the payments you made in the period you choose, together with the balance:

Account statement

  • Period: this month, last month, this year, last year, last 90 days, all time or custom dates.
  • Summary: the amounts issued and paid in the period, unpaid receipts and available credit. If there are unpaid receipts, a Pay all button appears.
  • Entries: each row shows the date, entry, receipt (debit), payment (credit) and remaining balance. On receipt rows you can expand the items and click the e-invoice number. With the tabs, you can view only receipts, payments, refunds or credit activity.
  • Monthly summary: the amounts issued and paid each month over the last 24 months.

You can download the statement as PDF or Excel, send it to your registered e-mail address with E-mail (up to 3 times a day) or print it. The statement is for information only and does not replace an official invoice. Cancelled and refunded receipts are not included in the balance; amounts include VAT.
