How is the price set?
We agree the scope of each job with you and quote a price accordingly. You know what you will pay before the work starts.
Is this a one-off job or an ongoing service?
Migration, setup and the health check are one-off jobs. If you want ongoing maintenance of what was set up, you can continue with the managed server service.
Will my site go down during migration?
We plan the migration to keep downtime to a minimum and choose the time together with you. Whether there will be any downtime depends on your system, and we tell you before the work starts.
What does the system health check cover?
Updates, security settings, resource usage, service status and the backup routine are reviewed. Findings and recommendations are sent to you as a report.
Who manages the system after setup?
After handover the system is yours. If you would like to leave the management to us as well, you can add the managed server service.
