We host our services in Turkey in two separate cities, in data centres in Denizli and İzmir. Both facilities work to the same standard: power, cooling and network are redundant, entry is by access card, and the sites are monitored 24/7. We offer all our services in both locations, and you can choose the one you want when ordering.

On our side
What we add on top of the infrastructure
Firewall and Anti-DDoS
Firewall and IPS equipment runs on our network. Anti-DDoS protection is on by default in both locations and is included in our services.
Technical team 24/7
Our technical team is on duty every hour of every day of the year.
All services in both locations
We offer all our services, including servers, hosting, colocation and backup, in both Denizli and İzmir; you can choose the location when ordering.
Backups across two cities
You can keep your server in one city and your backup in the other.
Monitoring and notifications
Hardware health is monitored, and you can see graphs of network traffic and port usage.
Written service level
You can have an uptime commitment in writing with our SLA plans.

Frequently asked questions
Can I choose which location my server will be in?
Yes. We offer all our services in both locations; you can choose Denizli or İzmir when ordering.
Is my data kept in Turkey?
Yes. Both data centres are in Turkey, and your data stays on the server in the location you choose.
What happens if the power goes out?
In both facilities the redundant UPS takes over first, then the N+1 redundant generators carry the load, and power continues through long outages.
What happens if the internet connection fails?
Both facilities are connected redundantly to more than one carrier. If one line or carrier has a problem, traffic moves to another automatically.
Which location should I choose?
All services are offered in both locations, so either is suitable. If you want your server and your backup in separate cities, you can choose accordingly; if you are unsure, write to us.
