Web hosting is for a single account. With reseller hosting you create multiple accounts and set each account's disk and traffic limits yourself.

How many domain names can I host?
The number of domain names you can host varies by plan and is shown on the plan card.

Linux reseller plans are offered with a choice of cPanel or Plesk; Windows reseller plans are offered in a separate group.
Is a domain name included in the plan?
No. A domain name is a separate service; you can get one on the domain name registration page.
Am I responsible for supporting my customers?
Yes. You are the first point of contact for your customers: you handle account setup, their hosting needs and their questions. We take care of server management and the technical side of the infrastructure.

Yes. On every reseller plan you can use your own name server addresses; private name servers are created free of charge.
What happens if my plan's resources are not enough?
Yes. You can move to a higher plan from your client area; the upgrade is applied automatically.
Is there an uptime guarantee?
The 99% uptime guarantee applies only where an SLA-2 or higher SLA plan has been purchased for the service. The free SLA-1 plan and services without an SLA plan are not covered by this guarantee.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. The plans on this page are 16% off with annual billing, compared with monthly billing. You can choose the billing cycle at checkout.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. You can request a refund within the first 14 days; all you need to do is open a support ticket from the client area. Domain names, SSL certificates and similar services are not covered by this guarantee. Refund terms
Do prices include VAT?
For customers in Turkey, all amounts on the site and in the cart include VAT. Customers outside Turkey are not charged VAT.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay by credit card or bank transfer / EFT. Our bank accounts are listed on the bank account details page.
What is the difference between individual and corporate invoices?
Individual accounts are invoiced to your name (with your Turkish ID number if you are in Turkey); corporate accounts are invoiced to your company name and tax number. You can choose the account type when creating your account.
