You can house your own server and network hardware in our data centre. We provide power, cooling, connectivity and physical security; the hardware and the system on it are yours.
The hardware is yours
You build your server with the hardware you choose and hand it over; we rack it.
Monitored, redundant infrastructure
Your hardware sits in infrastructure that is monitored 24/7, with redundant power and connectivity.
Quote to suit your needs
The price is set according to the rack space, power and connectivity you need.

Who does what
What we look after and what you look after
We look after the data centre side: power, cooling, connectivity, physical security, and the firewall and DDoS protection on the network.
The hardware itself, the operating system, the software on it and the backups are your responsibility. If you would like to leave the management of your server to us as well, you can add the managed server service.

Frequently asked questions
What is co-location?
Co-location means placing your own server or hardware in our data center. The hardware is yours; power, cooling, network connectivity and physical security are provided by the data center.
Rented server or co-location?
If you want to buy the hardware and manage it yourself, co-location is the right fit; if you want to use a server without investing in hardware, consider renting a dedicated server instead.
What do 1U and 2U mean?
U is the unit of height in a rack (1U = 4.45 cm). How many U your server occupies is one of the factors that determine the co-location quote.
Is firewall and DDoS protection available?
Firewall and DDoS protection are provided with our hosting services at no extra charge. For details, see the Anti-DDoS and firewall page.
Are IP addresses provided?
Yes, both IPv4 and IPv6. You can edit the rDNS / PTR records of the IP addresses assigned to you.
Who fixes hardware failures?
Since the hardware belongs to you, parts and repairs are your responsibility. You can receive notifications about your server's hardware health.
What determines the co-location price?
The space the hardware occupies in the rack, its power consumption, the connection speed and the number of IP addresses needed. Send us these details and we will get back to you with a quote. Quotes for customers in Turkey include VAT.
Is there an uptime guarantee?
The 99% uptime guarantee applies only where an SLA-2 or higher SLA plan has been purchased for the service. The free SLA-1 plan and services without an SLA plan are not covered by this guarantee.
Is IPv6 supported?
Yes. IPv6 is supported in both of our data centres and across all our services, alongside IPv4.
Do prices include VAT?
For customers in Turkey, all amounts on the site and in the cart include VAT. Customers outside Turkey are not charged VAT.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay by credit card or bank transfer / EFT. Our bank accounts are listed on the bank account details page.
What is the difference between individual and corporate invoices?
Individual accounts are invoiced to your name (with your Turkish ID number if you are in Turkey); corporate accounts are invoiced to your company name and tax number. You can choose the account type when creating your account.
What if I have a question before ordering?
Write to us via the contact page or call 0850 885 09 42 for sales questions. Technical support for an existing service is provided only through support tickets, for security reasons.
