Web hosting means keeping your site's files and your email on a server that is reachable from the internet. We operate the server; you manage your site, email accounts and databases through a control panel.

Yes, they are two separate services: the domain name is your site's address, and hosting is where its files are kept. You can get both in the same order or use a domain name you have registered elsewhere.

The difference is the server's operating system; it has nothing to do with your own computer. Linux hosting is chosen for sites that use PHP and MySQL (such as WordPress), and Windows hosting for sites that use ASP.NET and MSSQL.

Linux hosting plans are offered with a choice of cPanel or Plesk; the panel is indicated in the name of the plan group.

Yes. We keep backups of hosting accounts going back 7 days, and your account can be restored from them if needed. Responsibility for backups still rests with you, so we recommend keeping your own copy of important data.

Yes. A free SSL certificate is included with every hosting plan.

Business hosting is designed for small and medium-sized businesses and comes with higher resources. Business plans also include business email with antispam support.

Yes, every plan includes a spam filter. For stronger protection you can add our professional spam filter as an add-on; it scans email before it reaches the server and keeps suspicious messages in quarantine.

No. Bulk email and spam are not allowed on any of our hosting services; accounts found sending them are acted on immediately.

PHP mail functions are disabled on our hosting servers. Contact forms on your site can send email over SMTP only.

On shared hosting servers, settings that would affect every account on the server cannot be changed.

You cannot use both at the same time. You can, however, switch the operating system of your plan free of charge at any time by opening a support ticket.

Wherever your domain name is registered, simply point it to the name server addresses shown in your service details.

Orders paid by credit card are activated instantly. Orders paid by wire transfer are activated once the payment is confirmed; adding the reference given at checkout to your payment description speeds this up.

If the renewal receipt is not paid on time, the service is suspended. You can see your receipts and their due dates in the client area.

The 99% uptime guarantee applies only where an SLA-2 or higher SLA plan has been purchased for the service. The free SLA-1 plan and services without an SLA plan are not covered by this guarantee.

Yes. IPv6 is supported in both of our data centres and across all our services, alongside IPv4.

Yes. The plans on this page are 16% off with annual billing, compared with monthly billing. You can choose the billing cycle at checkout.

Yes. You can request a refund within the first 14 days; all you need to do is open a support ticket from the client area. Domain names, SSL certificates and similar services are not covered by this guarantee. Refund terms

For customers in Turkey, all amounts on the site and in the cart include VAT. Customers outside Turkey are not charged VAT.

You can pay by credit card or bank transfer / EFT. Our bank accounts are listed on the bank account details page.

Individual accounts are invoiced to your name (with your Turkish ID number if you are in Turkey); corporate accounts are invoiced to your company name and tax number. You can choose the account type when creating your account.
