Verinomi Panel: My Services, Renewal and Cancellation
You can manage all your services, such as servers, hosting, email, SSL and firewalls, from the Services > My services page. This article covers the service list, the service page, renewals, plan upgrades, cancellation requests and placing new orders.
My services
The boxes above the list group your services by status: Total services, Active, Pending, Suspended and Cancelled or ended. Click a box to filter the list to that group; your choice is remembered. If you have more than one product group, you can also filter by group or use the search box.
Each row shows the product name, the domain or server name, the amount and billing cycle, the renewal date and the status. Suspended services and services with an unpaid receipt are listed at the top. The buttons on each row:
- Manage service: opens the service page (clicking anywhere on the row does the same). For firewall services, the firewall page opens.
- Pay receipt: appears if the service has an unpaid receipt.
- Spam panel: for antispam services, takes you to the spam panel.
With the buttons at the top of the page you can go to the Renew services, Bulk transfer, Add-ons, IP management and New order pages.
Service page
At the top of the service page you will find the next renewal date, the renewal amount and billing cycle, the registration date and the payment method. If there is an unpaid receipt, the Pay receipt button appears.
Quick actions
- Open a support ticket: opens the support ticket form with this service selected.
- Renew now: lets you add the service to your cart and extend it without waiting for the receipt.
- Upgrade plan: to move to a larger plan.
- Extra resources: to add CPU, RAM, disk or IP (if the service supports it). For firewalls it appears as Extra IP address.
- Internal transfer: to move the service to another Verinomi account; see Internal Transfer (Moving Services and Domains to Another Account) for details. If a transfer is not possible right now, the reason is shown below the button.
- Receipts
Actions and control panel logins
The Actions section has buttons that depend on the type of service: one-click login to control panels such as cPanel, WHM, Webmail or Plesk, password changes and server-specific actions. With one-click login you do not need to enter a password a second time; you can turn this feature off with the Single sign-on option on the Account > Security page. If the control panel login fails, a warning appears on the page; you can open a support ticket.
Server and service details
For servers, the Server details section shows the server name, primary IP, extra IPs, username and password. The password is hidden at first; you can view it with Show and copy it to the clipboard with Copy. For virtual servers, you can start, shut down and restart the server from the Manage section, where the operating system, memory and uptime are also shown. For hosting services, the nameservers of the service are listed with Copy buttons; for cPanel and Plesk services, disk and bandwidth usage are shown as bars.
If the service has IP addresses, you can go to the reverse DNS and traffic page with Manage IPs (IP Management, Reverse DNS and Blacklist Check). For firewall services, the Manage rules button opens the firewall page; see the Virtual Firewall articles for details.
Spam panel
For antispam services, the Go to spam panel button opens your domain's quarantine, mail log and allow / block lists in a new tab. In multi-domain plans you can add and remove domains here; added domains become active after our team approves them.
Renewal
There are two ways to renew your service:
- The Renew now button on the service page.
- The Services > Renew a service page: all your renewable services are sorted by the number of days left. You can choose a period and add a service to your cart, or add those with an upcoming renewal date together with Add all to cart. If a renewal receipt has already been created for a service, Pay receipt appears on its row. When you add the main service to your cart, its paid add-ons are added too.
Services with an upcoming renewal date (7 days before for monthly, 14 days before for quarterly and 30 days before for all others) also appear as an alert on the client area home page.
Plan upgrades and extra resources
Upgrade plan on the service page lists the plans you can move to; choose the plan and billing cycle and continue with Choose Product. With Extra resources you can increase configuration options (such as CPU, RAM, disk and IP). A receipt is created for the difference; the change is applied once the receipt is paid. If the service has an unpaid receipt or an upgrade in progress, you need to complete that first. Options such as the operating system do not change during an upgrade.
Cancellation request
- Click the Request cancellation button on the service page.
- Choose when the service should be cancelled:
- End of Billing Period: the service keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for and is then not renewed (recommended).
- Immediate: the service is closed as soon as your request is processed, and the data on it is deleted.
- Briefly write your reason for cancelling (required). If a domain is linked to the service, you can tick whether you would also like to cancel its renewal.
- Click Send cancellation request.
A cancelled service cannot be restored; please back up any data you need before cancelling. If you sent the request by mistake, you can open a support ticket right away. A service with a cancellation request cannot be transferred to another account. If a renewal receipt has arrived for a service you do not want to renew, you can also use the I do not want to renew button on the receipt page.
New order
- On the Services > New order page, choose the product group and plan, then click Order now. Prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT.
- Choose the billing cycle and any configuration options; if the product needs a domain, specify the domain.
- Review your cart, apply your discount code if you have one, and click Checkout.
- Choose the payment method, accept the terms of service and click Complete Order. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer.
Once the payment is confirmed, your service is set up and its details are sent to you by email.
