Verinomi Panel: Profile, Sign-in E-mail and Billing Details
The client area has two separate sets of information: your Profile holds your details as the person who logs in to the client area (your name, login email and password). Billing details holds the details of the person or company that official invoices are issued to. Changing your profile does not change your receipts or official invoices.
Profile
On the Account > Profile page you can update your first and last name and click Save Changes. Your name is shown in the client area and used when we address you.
Changing your login email
You can change the email address you use to log in to the client area yourself. For your security, confirmation is required both with your phone and with your new address:
- In the Login email section of the Account > Profile page, click Change login email.
- Fill in the New email address and Existing Password fields, then click Send the code. A 6-digit code is sent to the mobile number on your account.
- Enter the code and click Verify code. An email with the subject "Confirm your new login email" is sent to your new address.
- Open the Confirm my email link in the email (it is valid for 60 minutes) and click Confirm the change. From then on you log in with your new address; your password does not change.
Your old address stays valid until you confirm. After the change, a notice is sent to your old address and your mobile number, and the change is recorded in your activity history.
To use this option, you need to be the account owner, and your mobile number must be verified and not changed in the last few days. If these conditions are not met, you can open a support ticket to change your email.
Billing details
On the Account > Billing details page you can manage the details that will appear on your official invoices, your contact details and your preferences. At the top of the page you will see your customer number (you can mention it when you contact us), the date you became a customer and the number of active services.
Account type
- Individual: Turkish ID number, year of birth, first name and last name.
- Corporate: company name, tax office and tax number, plus the first and last name of the authorised person. For incorporated companies, enter the 10-digit tax number; for sole proprietorships, enter the owner's 11-digit Turkish ID number.
The numbers are validated when you save. For incorporated companies, when you enter the 10-digit tax number, the company's official name and tax office are filled in automatically; you can also fetch them with the Look up the company name button. An official invoice cannot be issued to a tax number whose tax registration has been closed.
Fields that cannot be changed
Once an official invoice has been issued in your name, the name, company name and tax / ID number fields are locked, and a lock icon appears next to them. Until you make your first payment, you can correct these details yourself. If a change is needed after they are locked, you can open a support ticket.
Contact and address
Notifications are sent to the email address and phone on this page; the address appears on your official invoice. If you change your phone number here, the new number counts as unverified, and you need to verify it again from the security page. After a number change, internal transfers and domain transfers are held for a while for your security. To change your number with a verification code, see Mobile Number, SMS Codes and Information Messages.
Payment, language and notification preferences
- Payment method: the default payment method for your receipts.
- Default Billing Contact: whose name your receipts are issued in; the account owner or one of the contacts you have added.
- Panel language: Turkish or English; your emails are also sent in this language.
- SMS notifications: whether you would like to receive receipt and service reminders by SMS, and which number they go to. You are not charged for SMS.
- Email notifications: which types of email (receipts, support, services, domains) you would like to receive.
- Offers and news: whether you allow promotional emails.
Profile picture
In the Profile picture section of the same page you can upload a JPG, PNG or WebP image of up to 4 MB; the image is cropped to a square. You can delete it with Remove.
