- 2. Enter the code we text youThe 6-digit code is valid for 5 minutes.
- 3. Choose a new passwordThen log in with the new password.

Reset by mobile phone
If you cannot reach your e-mail, you can reset your password with the mobile number verified on your account.
This works only if a mobile number has been verified on your account (Account › Security in the client area). If no code arrives, the details may not match; you can reset by e-mail instead.
