From order to use
You order
When ordering, you enter the IP address of your Verinomi server the license is for.
We issue the license
Our team binds the license to that IP address; the service appears in your client area.
You start using it
If the software is installed on your server, it picks up the license by itself. For installation questions you can open a support ticket.
If your needs change
To upgrade your plan or move the license to another IP address, just open a support ticket.

Common questions
Can I use the license on a server hosted elsewhere?
No. Our licenses are only used on servers you get from Verinomi (VDS, dedicated server, colocation). The license is bound to the IP address of your Verinomi server.
Which license do I need?
To manage sites with a control panel you can choose either cPanel or Plesk; the two are not used together on the same server. LiteSpeed makes your sites faster on cPanel servers. CloudLinux isolates accounts from each other and Imunify360 protects the server from attacks; both can be used with cPanel or Plesk.
Are license fees refundable?
Under our refund terms, control panel and software licenses are not refundable.
How are prices set?
License prices are linked to the vendor's list price in US dollars. The Turkish lira price is updated every day with the Central Bank (TCMB) exchange rate; it rises and falls with the rate. A receipt uses the price of the day it is issued and does not change afterwards. Yearly billing is 12 months. See the Terms of Service, clause 5.6.
