A dedicated server is a physical server reserved entirely for you. CPU, memory and disk are not shared with anyone, and you can configure the hardware and software to suit your needs.
Why dedicated?
Why a physical (dedicated) server?
All resources are yours
CPU, memory and disk work only for your workload; you are not affected by other users.
Configured to your needs
CPU, memory, disk type and connection speed are chosen according to what you need.
Room to grow
When your needs grow, your server can be moved to a higher configuration.
No resource sharing
The whole server is reserved for a single customer
With shared hosting and virtual servers, the physical hardware is divided among several customers. With a dedicated server you share CPU power and memory with nobody, which makes performance under heavy load more predictable.
Because the whole server is yours, you can also set up your own virtualisation layer.
What is included
What comes with a dedicated server
Firewall and DDoS protection
Firewall and DDoS protection are included in the service at no extra charge.
1G or 10G uplink
Your server is connected with a 1G or 10G uplink.
Disk options
You can choose between HDD, SSD, SAS and NVMe disks.
Hardware notifications
The hardware health of your server is monitored, and you are notified when a sign of failure is seen.
Network graphs
You can see statistics such as network traffic, port errors, packets per second and port usage.
IPv4, IPv6 and rDNS
Both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses are available; you can edit the rDNS / PTR records of the addresses assigned to you.
iDRAC / iLO access
You can manage your server yourself through its remote management interface (iDRAC or iLO): power it on and off, reboot it, open a remote console and install the operating system without needing us.
Software
Operating systems and control panels
You can install the operating system and panel of your choice on your server. The most commonly chosen ones are below.
Operating systems
Control panels and software
The list is a sample, not a limit. For an operating system, panel or software not shown here, just write to us. Licences for licensed software (such as Windows, cPanel, Plesk) are bought separately.
Management
Manage the server yourself or leave it to us
You can manage your server yourself through the iDRAC or iLO interface, without needing us. On a dedicated server, the operating system, software and backups are your responsibility. If you would rather not manage the server, you can add the managed server service, and our technical team takes on setup, updates and monitoring.
To settle the configuration together, just tell us what you need and we will come back with suitable hardware and a price.

Frequently asked questions
What is a dedicated (physical) server?
It is a type of hosting in which an entire physical server is reserved for a single customer. CPU, memory, disk and connectivity are for your use alone, and you can install the operating system and software to suit your needs.
Why choose a dedicated server?
It is chosen by those who do not want to share resources, who want full say over hardware and software, and who run heavy workloads. Busy sites, databases and virtualisation are typical examples.
What is the difference between a VDS and a dedicated server?
A VDS is a virtual share of a physical server; it costs less and its resources are easy to increase. With a dedicated server the whole physical machine is yours; it gives more resources and more control, and the price depends on the configuration.
Is iDRAC or iLO access provided?
Yes. You have access to your server's remote management interface (iDRAC or iLO, depending on the hardware). You can power the server on and off, reboot it, connect to the remote console and install the operating system yourself.
Who manages the server?
You manage the dedicated server. If you would like to leave the management to us, you can add the managed server service.

Other questions
Who is a dedicated server suitable for?
It suits businesses that do not want to share their resources with anyone else and that run high-traffic sites, databases, virtualization and resource-intensive applications.
Can I run virtualization on the physical server?
Yes. Since the entire server is yours, you can set up your own virtualization layer.
How are IP addresses and rDNS managed?
You can edit the rDNS / PTR records of the IP addresses assigned to you.
Why are prices not listed on the site?
A dedicated server is priced according to the CPU, memory, disk and connectivity you choose. Tell us what you need and we will get back to you with a configuration and a price. Quotes for customers in Turkey include VAT.
Is there an uptime guarantee?
The 99% uptime guarantee applies only where an SLA-2 or higher SLA plan has been purchased for the service. The free SLA-1 plan and services without an SLA plan are not covered by this guarantee.
Is IPv6 supported?
Yes. IPv6 is supported in both of our data centres and across all our services, alongside IPv4.
Do prices include VAT?
For customers in Turkey, all amounts on the site and in the cart include VAT. Customers outside Turkey are not charged VAT.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay by credit card or bank transfer / EFT. Our bank accounts are listed on the bank account details page.
What is the difference between individual and corporate invoices?
Individual accounts are invoiced to your name (with your Turkish ID number if you are in Turkey); corporate accounts are invoiced to your company name and tax number. You can choose the account type when creating your account.
What if I have a question before ordering?
